摘要:
目的 观察情景模拟教学在眼科临床带教中的应用效果,以期为陕西省人民医院眼科临床带教工作高效开展提供理论依据。方法 选取2017年1月1日~2018年12月30日我院眼科实习的100名学员,采用随机数字表法分为传统带教组和情景模拟组,各50例,传统带教组按照教学大纲进行带教,情景模拟组根据教学大纲的要求和课程的内容设计相应的场景开展教学。比较两组笔试成绩、操作合格率及学员对带教的满意度。结果 情景带教组的笔试成绩为(86.11±3.29)分,高于传统带教组的(77.62±2.17)分(P<0.05);情景带教组操作合格率为96.00%,高于传统带教组的86.00%,(P<0.05);情景带教组学员的满意度高于传统带教组(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学有助于增强学员的主观能动性,提高学员笔试成绩、操作合格率及学员对带教的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of scene simulation teaching in clinical ophthalmology teaching, in order to provide theoretical basis for the efficient development of clinical ophthalmology teaching in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital. Methods A total of 100 students from January 1, 2017 to December 30, 2018 in our ophthalmology internship were selected and randomly divided into a traditional teaching group and a scenario simulation group, with 50 cases in each group. The traditional teaching group was based on teaching The outline is taught, and the scenario simulation group designs the corresponding scene according to the requirements of the syllabus and the content of the course. Comparing the written test scores, operation pass rates, and students’ satisfaction with teaching. Results The written test score of the scenario teaching group was (86.11 ± 3.29) points, which was higher than that of the traditional teaching group (77.62 ± 2.17)(P <0.05). The operating rate of the scenario teaching group was 96.00%, higher than the 86.00% of the traditional teaching group(P <0.05); the satisfaction of the students in the scenario teaching group is higher than that of the traditional teaching group(P <0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching is helpful to enhance students ’subjective initiative, improve students’ written test scores, operation pass rate, and student satisfaction with teaching.
