摘要:
目的 观察子宫内膜异位症痛经患者的情志变化情况。方法 选择2016年1月~2018年6月在佛山市禅城区中心医院中医妇科就诊的子宫内膜异位症痛经患者108例，按照疼痛程度分为轻度疼痛（A组）32例、中度疼痛（B组）38例、重度疼痛（C组）38例；按病程分为：病程≤12个月（D组）38例、：病程12~24个月（E组）36例、病程＞24个月（F组）34例。分别采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价患者焦虑抑郁情绪并比较。结果 A组无抑郁及焦虑情绪，B组SAS及SDS评分均高于A组，C组SAS及SDS评分高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； D组无焦虑或抑郁情绪，E组SAS及SDS评分高于D组，F组SAS及SDS评分高于E组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 子宫内膜异位症痛经患者焦虑或抑郁程度随着疼痛程度加重而加重，且随病程迁延而加重。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the emotional changes in patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 108 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gynecology in the Chancheng Central Hospital of Foshan City from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected. They were divided into 32 cases of mild pain (group A) and moderate according to the degree of pain. 38 cases of pain (group B), 38 cases of severe pain (group C); according to course of disease: 38 cases of course ≤12 months (group D), 36 cases of 12 to 24 months (group E), course of disease>24 months (group F) 34 cases. The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate and compare the anxiety and depression of patients.Results There was no depression and anxiety in group A. The SAS and SDS scores in group B were higher than those in group A, and the SAS and SDS scores in group C were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no anxiety or depression in group D. The SAS and SDS scores in group E were higher than those in group D, and the SAS and SDS scores in group F were higher than those in group E,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of anxiety or depression in patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea increases with the severity of pain, and increases with the duration of the disease.
