摘要:
目的 探讨小针刀联合推拿按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取2017年1月~2019年8月我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组给予推拿按摩治疗，观察组给予小针刀联合推拿按摩治疗，比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子（IL-1β、TNF-α）和生活质量。结果 观察组治疗有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组IL-1β、TNF-α低于对照组[（0.20±0.10）ng/L vs （0.40±0.20）ng/L]、[（0.50±0.20）g/L vs （1.00±0.30）g/L]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组躯体功能，心理功能，社会功能以及物质生活评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 小针刀结合推拿按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，可有效降低致炎因子水平，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with massage on lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given massage therapy, and the observation group was given a small needle knife combined with massage therapy. The treatment effects, inflammatory factors (IL-1β, TNF-α) and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-1β and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(0.20±0.10) ng/L vs (0.40±0.20) ng/L], [(0.50±0.20) g/L vs 1.00±0.30 G/L], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); physical function, psychological function, social function, and material life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The small needle knife combined with massage massage is effective in treating lumbar disc herniation, which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life of patients.
