摘要:
目的 观察祛风解毒活络汤治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年3月~2019年3月在新泰市中医医院脑病科治疗的74例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合祛风解毒活络汤治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、临床症状消退时间、治疗前后临床症状评分、面神经功能评分及临床不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%，高于对照组的81.08%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组耳后疼痛、面部水肿缓解时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组临床症状评分低于对照组，面神经功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 祛风解毒活络汤治疗周围性面瘫临疗效显著，可有效改善临床症状，促进面神经功能恢复，且临床不良反应少，应用安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng JieduHuoluo Decoction in peripheral facial paralysis. Methods A total of 74 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were treated in the Department of Encephalology of Xintai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was combined with Qufeng Jiedu Huoluo Decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, clinical symptom time, clinical symptom score, facial nerve function score, and clinical adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%, which was higher than the control group’s 81.08%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The relief time of ear pain and facial edema in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); After treatment, the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the neurological function score was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Qufeng Jiedu Huoluo Decoction is effective in treating peripheral facial paralysis. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms and promote facial nerve function recovery. It has fewer clinical adverse reactions and is safe and reliable.
