摘要:
目的 观察采用磷酸肌酸治疗儿童肺炎伴心肌损害的临床效果。方法 选择2018年1月~2019年5月我院治疗的儿童肺炎伴心肌损害患儿96例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组给予常规抗感染和对症治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予磷酸肌酸治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状（退热、咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部啰音）改善时间、心肌酶指标[磷酸肌酸激酶（CK）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、同工酶（CK-MB）、乳酸脱氢（LDH）]及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%，高于对照组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组退热、咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部啰音改善时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组CK、AST、CK-MB、LDH均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 儿童肺炎伴心肌损害采用磷酸肌酸治疗疗效确切，有助于改善临床症状及心肌酶指标，促进患儿的康复。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of creatine phosphate treatment in children with pneumonia and myocardial damage.Methods 96 children with pneumonia and myocardial damage treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional anti-infective and symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given creatine phosphate treatment on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared (antipyretics, cough, sputum, shortness of breath, lung murmur) improvement time, myocardial enzyme index [phosphocreatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), isoenzyme (CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenation (LDH)] and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%, which was higher than the control group’s 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement time of fever, cough, sputum, shortness of breath, and lung snoring in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, CK, AST, CK-MB, and LDH in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The use of creatine phosphate in children with pneumonia and myocardial damage is effective, which can help improve clinical symptoms and myocardial enzymes and promote the rehabilitation of children.
