摘要:
目的 评价盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎、支气管炎的疗效。方法 以2017年1月-2022年6月武宁县妇幼保健院儿科收治的62例儿童肺炎、支气管炎患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（31例）和观察组（31例）。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗，观察组应用盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间（咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、痰鸣音消失时间）、实验室指标[白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞（NE）、C反应蛋白（CRP）]、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、痰鸣音消失时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后WBC、NE、CRP低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎、支气管炎疗效肯定，可加快症状消退，改善患儿实验室指标，且不增加不良反应风险。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin in the treatment of pneumonia and bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 62 children with pneumonia and bronchitis admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Wuning County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group (31 children) and observation group (31 children) by random number table method. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement time (cough disappearance time, antipyretic time, phlegm sound disappearance time), laboratory indicators [white blood cell count (WBC), neutrophil (NE), C-reactive protein (CRP)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of cough, fever and phlegm in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the WBC, NE and CRP indexes were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of pneumonia and bronchitis in children, which can accelerate the regression of symptoms, improve the laboratory indexes of children, and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
