摘要:
目的 研究盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月在我院诊治的402例儿童肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各201例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组临床症状消失时间、治疗总有效率、肺功能指标[最大呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)]、炎症因子(白细胞、中性粒细胞、超敏C反应蛋白)水平以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.02%,高于对照组的87.06%(P<0.05);两组治疗后FEV1、FVC、MVV、FEV1/FVC均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞、超敏C反应蛋白均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.98%,与对照组的4.48%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎具有显著的疗效,可提高治疗总有效率,降低炎症因子水平,改善肺功能指标,促进临床症状消失,且不良反应少,是一种有效的联合用药治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To study the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 402 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 201 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, total effective rate of treatment, pulmonary function indexes [maximum expiratory volume (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), maximum ventilation volume per minute (MVV), ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC)], inflammatory factors (white blood cells, neutrophils, hypersensitive C-reactive protein) levels and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of fever, cough and lung moist rale in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.02%, which was higher than 87.06% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV1, FVC, MVV and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the white blood cells, neutrophils and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.98%, which was compared with 4.48% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin has a significant effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve lung function indicators, promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms, and has fewer adverse reactions. It is an effective combination therapy.
