摘要:
目的 观察牙周引导组织再生技术在牙周病治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院治疗的380例牙周病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各190例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用引导组织再生技术治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、牙周袋深度（PD）及根分叉水平探入深度（HPD）减小幅度、咀嚼效率及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.68%，高于对照组的82.10%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组PD、HPD减小幅度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后咀嚼效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为2.11%，低于对照组的12.63%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在牙周病治疗中应用牙周引导组织再生技术可有效提高临床治疗有效率和PD、HPD减小值，且临床不良反应少，应用安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of periodontal guided tissue regeneration technology in the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods A total of 380 patients with periodontal disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and the random number table method was used to divide them into a control group and an observation group, with 190 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with guided tissue regeneration technology. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, periodontal pocket depth (PD) and root bifurcation level penetration depth (HPD) reduction, chewing efficiency and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.68%, which was higher than 82.10% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The reduction of PD and HPD in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the chewing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.11%,which was lower than 12.63% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of periodontal guided tissue regeneration technology in the treatment of periodontal disease can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency and reduce the values of PD and HPD, and has fewer clinical adverse reactions and high application safety.
