摘要:
目的 分析实时荧光定量检测在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年3月~2019年3月在我院诊治的76例结核病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用涂片抗酸染色法,观察组采用实时荧光定量检测,比较两组检测阳性率、隐性率、灵敏度、特异度。结果 观察组阳性率为78.94%,高于对照组的23.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组灵敏度为97.36%、特异度为71.05%,均高于对照组的76.08%、65.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在结核病诊断中应用实时荧光定量检测,检出阳性率高,且诊断灵敏度、特异度高,在结核病诊断中具有一定参考价值。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application value of real-time fluorescent quantitative detection in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods A total of 76 patients with tuberculosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was smeared with acid-fast staining, and the observation group was tested with real-time fluorescent quantitative detection. The positive rate, recessive rate, sensitivity, and specificity of the two groups were compared.Results The positive rate in the observation group was 78.94%, which was higher than 23.68% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The sensitivity of the observation group was 97.36% and the specificity was 71.05%, which were higher than the 76.08% and 65.21% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of real-time fluorescent quantitative detection in the diagnosis of tuberculosis has a high positive detection rate, high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, and has certain reference value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
