摘要:
目的 分析保乳手术与改良根治术对早期乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的116例早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各58例，对照组采用改良根治术治疗，观察组采用保乳手术治疗。比较两组手术指标（手术切口、手术时间、住院时间）、术后生活质量评分、乳房外观优良率以及复发和转移情况。结果 观察组手术切口、手术时间、住院时间均小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后心理健康、社会功能、活力、情感职能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组乳房外观优良率为86.21%，高于对照组的56.89%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组复发率、转移率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌患者效果确切，手术切口小，手术时间短、患者术后恢复快。同时可保持乳房外观，复发率和转移率较低，可有效改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical surgery on the quality of life of patients with early breast cancer.Methods A total of 106 early breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into control group and observation group, each with 53 cases. The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy. The observation group was treated with breast-conserving surgery. Surgical indexes (surgical incision, operation time, length of hospital stay), postoperative quality of life score, breast appearance rate, and recurrence and metastasis were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group’s surgical incision, operation time, and length of stay were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative psychological health, social function, vitality, emotional function, and physical function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the excellent appearance rate of breasts in the observation group was 86.21%, which was higher than 56.89% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in recurrence rate and metastasis rate between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery is effective in treating patients with early breast cancer. The surgical incision is small, the operation time is short, and the patient recovers quickly after surgery. At the same time, the appearance of the breast can be maintained, and the recurrence rate and metastasis rate are low, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
