摘要:
目的 观察牙周基础治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及其对炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年1月在我院诊治的38例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,均采用牙周基础治疗,观察临床治疗总有效率,比较治疗前后牙周指标(探诊深度、附着丧失、龈沟出血指数)、咬合指标(咬合时间、咀嚼效率SDHue值)、牙齿松动度改善情况以及炎性指标[超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平。结果 治疗后总有效率为92.11%;治疗后探诊深度、附着丧失、龈沟出血均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后咬合时间短于治疗前、咀嚼效率SDHue值低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后牙齿松动较治疗前减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后hs-CRP、IL-8均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎有效率高,可改善咬合状况,提高咀嚼效率,减轻牙齿松动度,降低炎性因子水平。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of basic periodontal therapy for chronic periodontitis and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 38 patients with chronic periodontitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research object. All patients received basic periodontal treatment to observe the total clinical treatment efficiency and compare the periodontal indicators before and after treatment (exploration depth , Loss of attachment, gingival sulcus bleeding index), bite index (bite time, chewing efficiency SDHue value), improvement in tooth looseness, and inflammatory index [hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-8 (IL-8)] level.Results The total effective rate after treatment is 92.11%; the depth of exploration, loss of attachment, and gingival sulcus bleeding after treatment are lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the bite time after treatment is shorter than before treatment, and the chewing efficiency SDHue the value was lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, tooth loosening was less than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, hs-CRP and IL-8 were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal basic treatment has a high efficiency for chronic periodontitis, which can improve the occlusion, improve the chewing efficiency, reduce tooth looseness, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
