摘要:
脂联素(APN)是由脂肪细胞分泌的一种重要的脂肪因子,在调节脂肪功能和代谢相关疾病中发挥重要作用。近年来研究表明脂联素与多种类型的肝病关系密切,慢性肝病非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者循环脂联素水平显著降低,并且低APN与疾病进展相关,低脂联素可能成为预测NAFLD发生及肝纤维化的指标。而慢性病毒性肝炎患者APN水平升高,且随肝纤维化程度加重而升高,高脂联素可能作为一种辅助诊断病毒性肝炎相关肝硬化的潜在生物标志。本文就脂联素在NAFLD和病毒性肝炎肝纤维化中的作用作一综述,来评估其作为一种无创的标记物来诊断肝纤维化或肝硬化的可能性。
Abstract:
Adiponectin(APN)is an important fat factor secreted by adipocytes and plays an important role in regulating fat function and metabolism related diseases.In recent years,studies have shown that adiponectin is closely related to various types of liver diseases.The levels of circulating adiponectin in patients with chronic liver disease non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)are significantly reduced,and low APN is associated with disease progression.Low adiponectin may become a predictor The index of NAFLD occurrence and liver fibrosis.However,the level of APN in patients with chronic viral hepatitis increases and increases with the degree of hepatic fibrosis.High adiponectin may be used as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of viral hepatitis-related cirrhosis.This article reviews the role of adiponectin in NAFLD and viral hepatitis liver fibrosis to evaluate its potential as a noninvasive marker to diagnose liver fibrosis or cirrhosis.
