摘要:
队属医院担负着基层部队官兵日常保健及战时医疗的重要任务，通过信息化手段设计一套符合当前队属医院现状的分诊叫号系统是我院目前急需解决的问题。本文主要介绍了我院口腔科分诊叫号系统的设计与实现，分析了口腔科实际需求，在此基础上总结了系统开发与建设过程，并对其应用效果进行总结，旨在提高科室的工作效率，减少医患矛盾，提升队属医院为部队官兵的医疗服务能力。
Abstract:
Team-owned hospitals are responsible for the daily health care and wartime medical care of officers and soldiers at the grass-roots level. Designing a set of triage system in accordance with the current status of team-owned hospitals through information technology is a problem that our hospital urgently needs to solve. This article mainly introduces the design and implementation of the stomatology triage system in our hospital, analyzes the actual needs of the stomatology department, summarizes the system development and construction process on this basis, and summarizes its application effects, aiming to improve the work efficiency of department, reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients, and enhance the medical service capabilities of the team’s hospitals for officers and soldiers of the army.
