摘要:
目的 探讨口腔种植中拔牙位点保存技术的应用效果。方法 选取2018年4月~2019年4月在我院接受口腔种植的74例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组采用常规技术，观察组采用拔牙位点保存技术，比较两组口腔种植成功率、治疗前后牙槽骨高度和宽度变化、治疗后牙槽骨吸收量、美学效果评分。结果 观察组口腔种植成功率为100.00%，高于对照组的89.18%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后牙槽骨高度和宽度均低于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组牙槽骨吸收量低于对照组，美学效果评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 拔牙位点保存技术在口腔种植临床中应用效果较好，种植成功率高，牙槽骨高度和宽度变化小，且可减少牙槽骨吸，外表美观评分高，具有一定临床应用优势。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of preservation technique of dental extraction site in oral implanting.Methods A total of 74 patients who received oral implanting in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research object, using the random number table method to divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group used conventional techniques, and the observation group used tooth extraction site preservation technology, the success rate of oral implant implanting, changes in alveolar bone height and width before and after treatment, alveolar bone resorption after treatment, and aesthetic effect score were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of oral implanting in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 89.18%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); The height and width of alveolar bone after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); after treatment, the alveolar bone absorption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the aesthetic effect score was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The technique of tooth extraction site preservation has good application effect in the clinical practice of oral implanting, with high implantation success rate, small change of alveolar bone height and width, and can reduce alveolar bone aspiration, high appearance score, and has certain clinical application advantages.
