摘要:
目的 观察贝那普利联合瑞舒伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的效果。方法 选取2016年9月~2018年8月北京四季青医院内科收治的96例糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。两组均给予常规饮食控制,对照组给予贝那普利治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效,检测治疗前后24h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(24h UARE)、24h尿蛋白定量(24h Upro)、血尿素(BUN)和血肌酐(Scr)水平。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后BUN、Scr水平比较,治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组24h UARE、24h Upro均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 贝那普利联合瑞舒伐他汀在治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿存在协同、互补作用,效果优于单用贝那普利,有助于可以减少蛋白尿,延缓糖尿病肾病的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of benazepril combined with rosuvastatin on proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 96 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Beijing Sijiqing Hospital from September 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, 48 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional diet control, and the control group was treated with benazepril. The treatment group was combined with rosuvastatin treatment on the basis of the control group to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. The urine excretion rate of microalbumin in 24 hbefore and after treatment was measured (24h UARE), 24h urinary protein (24h Upro), blood urea (BUN) and blood creatinine (Scr) levels.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Before and after treatment, the levels of BUN and Scr in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05); after treatment, the 24h UARE and 24h Upro in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with rosuvastatin has a synergistic and complementary effect in the treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy. The effect is better than that of benazepril alone, which can reduce proteinuria and delay the development of diabetic nephropathy.
