摘要:
目的 观察药品质量控制在药库药品管理中的应用价值。方法 抽取2017年1~12月我院未实施药品质量控制的药品管理样本150例作为对照组，抽取2018年1~12月实施药品质量控制的药品管理样本150例作为观察组，比较两组不同药品的管理差错情况及出错原因。结果 观察组药品管理差错总发生率率低于对照组（3.33% vs 16.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组出错原因差错总发生率低于对照组（1.33% vs 12.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在药库药品管理中使用药品质量控制效果确切，可以有效降低药品差错的发生率，提升医院对药库药品的管理质量，保证患者的用药安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application value of drug quality control in drug administration of pharmacies.Methods From January to December 2017, 150 cases of drug administration samples that did not implement drug quality control in our hospital were selected as the control group, and 150 cases of drug administration samples that implemented drug quality control from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group, compare the administration errors and causes of the two groups of different drugs.Results The total error rate of drug administration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (3.33% vs 16.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total error rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(1.33% vs 12.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of drug quality control in drug store drug administration can effectively reduce the incidence of drug errors, improve the quality of hospital drug store drug administration, and ensure the safety of patients’medication.
