摘要:
目的 观察自拟止咳汤治疗小儿风寒咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年11月~2019年5月于甘肃卫生职业学院门诊部就诊的风寒咳嗽患儿94例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组47例。对照组给予常规消炎止咳治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予中药自拟止咳汤治疗，比较两组临床疗效、起效时间和症状消失时间以及复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%，高于对照组的89.36%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组起效时间和症状消失时间均短于对照组[（4.23±0.79）d vs（5.45±1.17）d]、[（9.24±0.82）d vs（12.64±1.23）d]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组复发率为8.51%，低于对照组的21.28%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 自拟止咳方治疗小儿风寒咳嗽治疗效果较好，可缩短病程，促进症状的消失，且复发率较低。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Zhike Decoction in treating children with cold and cough.Methods From November 2018 to May 2019, 94 children with wind-cold cough who were treated in the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Gansu Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory and cough treatment, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine cough decoction treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, onset time, symptom disappearance time and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%, which was higher than 89.36% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the onset time and the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group were shorter than the control group[(4.23±0.79)d vs(5.45±1.17)d]、[(9.24±0.82)d vs(12.64±1.23)d], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.51%, which was lower than 21.28% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Zhike prescription is effective in treating children’s wind-cold cough, which can shorten the course of disease, promote the disappearance of symptoms, and has a low recurrence rate.
