摘要:
目的 探讨电子鼻咽喉镜在儿童耳鼻喉疾病诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法 采用Pentax VNL-1130型电子喉镜对乐山市人民医院2017年1月~2018年6月248例有耳鼻喉症状且常规前鼻镜检查、间接鼻咽镜检查、间接喉镜检查不能明确诊断的患儿进行检查。按年龄分为三组，比较电子鼻咽喉镜下常见的能明确诊断的儿童耳鼻咽喉疾病以及不同年龄组患儿检出疾病的差异。结果 248例患儿均顺利完成检查，其中腺样体肥大92例，78例伴鼻咽炎，鼻-鼻窦炎62例，声带小结42例，声带息肉13例，慢性喉炎28例，喉乳头状瘤1例，会厌囊肿2例，喉咽异物8例；不同年龄组患儿检出疾病分布情况比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 鼻-鼻窦炎、腺样体肥大伴鼻咽炎、声带小结及声带息肉是儿童常见的耳鼻咽喉科疾病，电子鼻咽喉镜在诊断和治疗儿童耳鼻喉疾病方面有重要的应用价值，可以极大地提高诊断率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of electronic rhinopharyngoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of children’s ear, nose and throat diseases.Methods Pentax VNL-1130 electronic laryngoscope was used to diagnose 248 patients with otolaryngeal symptoms from January 2017 to June 2018 in Leshan City People’s Hospital and the routine anterior rhinoscopy, indirect nasopharyngoscopy, and indirect laryngoscopy could not be clearly diagnosed. Of children were examined. Divided into three groups according to age, comparing the common and definite diagnosis of children’s ear, nose, and throat diseases under electronic rhinopharyngoscope, and the differences in diseases detected in children of different age groups. Results 248 cases of children successfully completed the examination, including 92 cases of adenoid hypertrophy, 78 cases with nasopharyngitis, 62 cases of rhinosinusitis, 42 cases of vocal cord nodules, 13 cases of vocal cord polyps, 28 cases of chronic laryngitis, and papillary larynx There were 1 case of tumor, 2 cases of epiglottic cyst, 8 cases of laryngopharyngeal foreign body; the distribution of diseases detected in children of different age groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Rhinosinusitis, adenoid hypertrophy with nasopharyngitis, vocal cord nodules and vocal cord polyps were common otolaryngology diseases in children. Electronic rhinopharyngolaryngoscope had important application value in the diagnosis and treatment of otolaryngeal diseases in children, which could greatly Improve the diagnosis rate.
