摘要:
目的 研究减重步行训练在脑卒中患者中的应用效果及对步行功能改善效果。方法 选取2018年11月~2019年11月在我院诊治的94例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施减重步行训练,比较两组临床治疗效果、训练前后神经功能缺损评分、下肢运动功能FMA评分、步行能力FAC评分、平衡功能BBS评分以及步行速度。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%(P<0.05);训练后观察组神经功能缺损评分均低于训练前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后两组FMA、FAC、BBS评分和步行速度均高于训练前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在脑卒中患者中的应用减重步行训练可提高临床治疗总有效率,改善患者下肢运动功能、步行能力、平衡功能,提高步行速度,降低神经功能缺损评分,促进患者康复。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application of weight-loss walking training in stroke patients and its value in improving walking function.Methods A total of 94 stroke patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 47 cases in each. The control group used conventional rehabilitation training, and the observation group performed weight loss walking training on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effects, neurological deficit scores before and after training, lower limb motor function FMA scores, walking ability FAC scores,balance function BBS scores and walking speed were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.74%, which was higher than 80.85% in the control group(P<0.05); the neurological deficit scores of the observation group after training were lower than those before training, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05); after training, the FMA, FAC, BBS scores and walking speed of the two groups were higher than those before training, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of weight-loss walking training in stroke patients can improve the overall effective clinical treatment, improve the lower limb motor function, walking ability, balance function, increase walking speed, reduce neurological deficit score, and promote the recovery of patients.
