摘要:
医疗健康App为构建新型医疗服务体系、满足公众医疗需求提供了新的路径，优化其用户体验对于医疗健康App自身发展以及国内移动医疗健康行业进步具有重要作用。本文基于HEART模型构建了医疗健康App用户体验评价指标体系，采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重，再利用TOPSIS法对国内主流医疗健康App进行了实证分析，验证指标体系的实践价值。同时提出优化医疗健康App应完善资源内容建设、加强功能服务设计、提升用户持续使用意愿、优化App自身系统设计等，旨在为医疗健康App的发展完善提高参考。
Abstract:
The medical health App provides a new path for building a new medical service system and meeting public medical needs. Optimizing its user experience plays an important role in the development of the medical health App itself and the progress of the domestic mobile medical health industry.Based on the HEART model, the article builds a medical and health App user experience evaluation index system, uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the evaluation index weight, uses the TOPSIS method to conduct an empirical analysis of the domestic mainstream medical and health Apps, and verifies the practical value of the index system.At the same time, it is proposed that the optimization of medical and health apps should improve the construction of resource content, strengthen the design of functional services, enhance users’ willingness to continue using, and optimize the design of the App’s own system, etc., aiming to improve and improve the development of medical health apps.
