摘要:
乳腺癌是临床常见恶性肿瘤，尤其是近年来发病率不断上升，且趋于年轻化，严重威胁患者的生命健康。随着医学技术的发展，早期乳腺癌诊断率不断提高，手术治疗效果也明显改善，但传统根治术后，乳房缺失会给患者生理和心理造成严重影响，不利于预后。临床保乳手术可保留部分乳房，满足患者对美的需求，有效改善患者生活质量和心理状态。本文就早期乳腺癌保乳手术概述、适应证和禁忌证、方式、操作技巧和注意事项、术后辅助治疗以及有效性进行综述，以期为临床乳腺癌有效治疗提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Breast cancer is a common clinical malignant tumor, especially in recent years, the incidence of rising and tends to be younger, which seriously threatens the life and health of patients. With the development of medical technology, the diagnosis rate of early breast cancer is increasing and effect of surgical treatment is also significantly improved, but after the traditional radical mastectomy, the loss of breast will cause serious physiological and psychological effects on the patients, which is unfavorable to the prognosis of the patients. Breast-conserving surgery can save part of the breast, meet the needs of patients for beauty, effectively improve the quality of life and psychological status of patients. This article reviews the concept, methods, advantages and disadvantages of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer, as well as the post-operative adjuvant therapy, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the effective treatment of breast cancer.
