摘要:
目的 探讨宝乐安辅助治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染继发性腹泻的临床效果。方法 选择2018年3月~2020年2月兰州大学第一医院儿科收治的120例反复呼吸道感染继发性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组使用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组在此基础上加用宝乐安治疗,比较两组排便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、粪便实验室指标恢复正常时间、住院时间、退热时间、咽部充血缓解时间、流涕缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、C反应蛋白降至正常时间及治疗总有效率。结果 研究组排便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、粪便实验室指标恢复正常时间及住院时间、退热时间、咽部充血缓解时间、流涕缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间以及C反应蛋白降至正常时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宝乐安可改善反复呼吸道感染继发性腹泻患儿的腹泻及呼吸道感染症状,同时可提高反复呼吸道感染的治疗效果,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baolean in adjuvant treatment of diarrhea secondary to recurrent respiratory infections in children.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020, 120 children with recurrent respiratory infections and secondary diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder, and the study group was treated with Baolean on this basis. The two groups were compared with the time when the number of bowel movements returned to normal.Stool traits return to normal time, stool laboratory indicators return to normal time, hospitalization time, antipyretic time, pharyngeal congestion remission time, runny nose remission time, cough remission time, C-reactive protein to normal time and the total effective rate of treatment.Results The time for the number of bowel movements in the study group to return to normal, the time to return to normal stool characteristics, the time to return to normal stool laboratory indicators and the length of hospital stay, the time to reduce fever, the time to relieve throat congestion,runny nose relief time, cough relief time, and C-reactive protein remission time were less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 78.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Baolean can improve the symptoms of diarrhea and respiratory tract infection in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections and secondary diarrhea, and at the same time can improve the treatment effect of recurrent respiratory tract infections. It is worthy of clinical application.
