目的 探讨儿童反复呼吸道感染的发展过程与血清维生素A,D,E的相关性。 方法 将2022年1月-12月在南京医科大学第四附属医院就医的230例儿童反复呼吸道感染患者(病例组),以及230例体检正常儿童(对照组)纳入研究。以高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定研究对象血清中的维生素A、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、维生素E水平。采用Logistic回归法探索维生素A,D,E与儿童反复呼吸道感染的关系。结果 病例组儿童维生素A水平为(0.28±0.06)mg/L、25(OH)D水平为(53.45±19.23)nmol/L、维生素E水平为(7.64±3.43)mg/L,均低于对照组的(0.40±0.11)mg/L、(84.90±26.35)nmol/L、(10.88±3.79) mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组维生素A缺乏率(6.96%)、25(OH)D缺乏率(9.13%)、维生素E缺乏率(16.52%)分别高于对照组的2.17%、1.74%、2.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic分析结果表明血清维生素A、维生素25(OH)D、维生素E是儿童反复呼吸道感染疾病发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 维生素A,D,E与儿童反复呼吸道感染紧密相关,适量的增补维生素A,D,E可能会减轻小儿反复呼吸道感染的产生。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between the development of recurrent respiratory tract infection and serum vitamin A, D, E in children.Methods From January to December 2022, 230 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (case group) and 230 children with normal physical examination (control group) in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were included in the study. The levels of vitamin A, 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] and vitamin E in the serum of the subjects were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Logistic regression was used to explore the relationship between vitamin A, D, E and recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.Results The levels of vitamin A, 25(OH)D and vitamin E in the case group were (0.28±0.06)mg/L, (53.45±19.23)nmol/L and (7.64±3.43)mg/L, respectively, which were lower than (0.40±0.11)mg/L, (84.90±26.35)nmol/L and (10.88±3.79)mg/L in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The vitamin A deficiency rate (6.96%), 25(OH)D deficiency rate (9.13%) and vitamin E deficiency rate (16.52%) in the case group were higher than those in the control group (2.17%, 1.74%, 2.61%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Logistic analysis showed that serum vitamin A, vitamin 25(OH)D and vitamin E were independent influencing factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children (P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin A, D and E are closely related to recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Appropriate supplementation of vitamin A, D and E may reduce the occurrence of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.
