摘要:
目的 研究强化健康教育与情感支持照护护理对慢性肝炎患者相关生化指标、自我护理能力的影响。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年10月在我院治疗的92例慢性肝炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施强化健康教育与情感支持照护护理干预,比较两组患者肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)]、自我护理能力、健康行为依从性和生活质量评分。结果 干预后,两组ALT、TBIL均低于干预前,ALB水平高于干预前,且观察组ALT、TBIL均低于对照组,ALB水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、疾病健康知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康行为合理饮食、坚持治疗、情绪稳定、遵医嘱评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强化健康教育与情感支持照护护理可改善肝功能指标,提高患者自我护理能力和健康行为水平,改善患者生活质量,整体护理效果确切。
Abstract:
Objective To study the impact of strengthening health education and emotional support care on the relevant biochemical indicators and self-care ability of patients with chronic hepatitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic hepatitis who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the routine group and the observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group.The control group adopts conventional nursing care, and the observation group implements intensive health education and emotional support nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The liver function indexes [alanine aminotransferase (ALT), serum albumin (ALB), total bilirubin (TBIL)], self-care ability, health behavior compliance and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the ALT and TBIL of the two groups were lower than before the intervention, and the ALB level was higher than that before the intervention. The ALT and TBIL of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the ALB level was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of self-care skills, self-care responsibility, self-concept, disease and health knowledge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group’s health behavior, reasonable diet, adherence to treatment, emotional stability, and compliance with doctor’s advice scores were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intensified health education and emotional support nursing care can improve liver function indicators, improve patients’ self-care ability and healthy behavior level, improve patients’ quality of life, and have a definite overall nursing effect.
