摘要:
目的 比较CT、磁共振成像与X线检查脊椎骨折的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月~2020年8月我院接收的55例脊椎骨折患者作为研究对象,均接受CT、磁共振成像及X线检查,根据病理检查诊断结果,比较3种检查方法的临床诊断准确率、敏感度及特异度差异。结果 CT、磁共振误诊及漏诊率低于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT与磁共振的准确率、敏感度及特异度高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT与磁共振准确率、敏感度及特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT与磁共振成像对脊椎骨折诊断准确率优于X线检查,为达到理想的临床诊断效果,可视患者病情合理选择临床检查手段。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT, MRI and X-ray examination of vertebral fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 55 patients with vertebral fractures in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2020 as the research objects, all underwent CT, magnetic resonance imaging and X-ray examinations. According to the diagnosis results of pathological examinations,compare the differences in clinical diagnosis accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the three inspection methods.Results The misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates of CT and MRI were lower than those of X-ray examination,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of CT and MRI were higher than that of X-ray,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between CT and MRI in accuracy, sensitivity and specificity (P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of vertebral fractures is better than X-ray examination. In order to achieve the ideal clinical diagnosis effect, the clinical examination methods can be reasonably selected according to the patient’s condition.
