摘要:
医生是一项技术含量高、专业性强、风险性高的特殊职业，因职业紧张所致的职业倦怠和抑郁问题备受社会各界关注。当前，我国医生职业紧张和职业倦怠程度较高，抑郁倾向明显，严重影响医生身心健康。国内对职业紧张研究起步晚，且关于医生职业紧张、职业倦怠和抑郁倾向三者之间的关系、作用研究较少。本文就医生职业紧张、职业倦怠和抑郁倾向概述、三者之间的关机及应对措施作一综述，以期为改善医生职业健康，提高医疗服务治疗提供一定的理论依据。
Abstract:
Doctors are a special profession with high technical content, strong professionalism, and high risk. Job burnout and depression caused by occupational stress have attracted much attention from all walks of life.At present, doctors in my country have a high degree of occupational stress and job burnout, and their depression tendency is obvious, which seriously affects doctors’ physical and mental health.Domestic research on occupational stress started late, and there are few studies on the relationship and effects of doctors’ occupational stress, job burnout and depression tendency.This article summarizes the doctors’ occupational stress, job burnout and depression tendency, the shutdown among the three and the countermeasures, in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for improving the doctor’s occupational health and improving the medical service and treatment.
