摘要:
目的 探讨BP神经网络在中医药研究领域的应用概况。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统和PubMed等中英文数据库,纳入以BP神经网络及中医、中药为主题的相关文献,分析应用情况。结果 符合纳入标准的文献363篇,最早发表于1993年。183篇隶属中医研究领域,涉及中医四诊信息分析与证候辨识,智能选方与方剂效能预测,180篇隶属中药研究领域,涉及中药工艺优化、鉴定、质控等多个方面,黄芪、甘草、丹参等为关键词中的高频研究药物。结论 BP神经网络自适应性强,善于处理非线性、含有噪声的数据,在中医药研究领域具有一定优势,应用广泛,有助于中医药信息化不断发展。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application status of BP neural network in the field of Chinese medicine research.Methods Searching Chinese and English databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, Weipu Information Chinese Journal Service Platform, China Biomedical Literature Service System, PubMed and other Chinese and English databases, and included relevant literature on BP neural network and Chinese medicine as the subject, and analyzed the application situation.Results 363 documents that met the inclusion criteria were first published in 1993. 183 articles belong to the research field of traditional Chinese medicine, involving information analysis and syndrome identification of the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, intelligent prescription and prescription efficacy prediction, 180 articles belonged to the research field of traditional Chinese medicine, involving many aspects of traditional Chinese medicine process optimization,identification,quality control,etc.,astragalus, licorice,Danshen,etc.were the high-frequency research drugs in the keywords.Conclusion BP neural network has strong adaptability and is good at processing non-linear and noisy data. It has certain advantages in the field of Chinese medicine research and is widely used, which is helpful for the continuous development of Chinese medicine informatization.
