摘要:
神经氨酸(Neuritin)是神经营养因子家族的成员,能被神经活动和神经营养因子激活,从而促进神经突生长和分支,并且在神经元可塑性中起到重要作用。研究表明Neuritin可能是多种神经退行性疾病潜在的治疗靶点。近年来研究发现弱视也是与大脑视觉神经通路发育异常有关,但目前的治疗方式较为单一,甚少有关于视觉神经通路可塑性药物治疗方面的研究。本文将对Neuritin在神经系统尤其是在视觉神经系统方面的作用及机制进行综述,旨在为弱视及其他视觉系统损伤疾病提供新的治疗思路。
Abstract:
Neuritin is a member of the neurotrophic factor family, which can be activated by nerve activity and neurotrophic factors, thereby promoting the growth and branching of neurites, and plays an important role in neuronal plasticity.Studies have shown that Neuritin may be a potential therapeutic target for a variety of neurodegenerative diseases.In recent years, studies have found that amblyopia is also related to the abnormal development of the brain’s visual nerve pathways, but the current treatment is relatively simple, and there are few studies on the plasticity of the visual nerve pathway.This article will review the role and mechanism of Neuritin in the nervous system, especially in the visual nervous system, aiming to provide new treatment ideas for amblyopia and other visual system damage diseases.
