摘要:
目的 研究云南地区2019届专本科实习护生在云南省部分二三级医院实习期间对静脉治疗相关知识掌握现状。方法 选取2020年1月~2月在云南地区部分二三级医院实习的云南省专本科实习护生进行问卷调查,分析实习护生对静脉治疗知识的掌握现状。结果 有效问卷共806份,男62例(7.69%),女744例(92.31%),本科362例(44.91%),专科444例(55.09%),在实习过程中,87.59%的护生参与过静脉治疗相关知识培训,73.57%的临床带教老师重视对静脉治疗相关知识教学,静脉治疗知识得分与学历、是否参与过培训及临床带教老师重视程度有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生知识掌握程度与是否参加过培训、临床带教老师重视程度有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输液治疗感染控制和护理安全、输液穿刺工具及辅助工具的种类及运用、输液治疗的维护与管理、其他输液治疗的知识得分均处于中等偏下水平。结论 目前云南地区专本科实习护生对静脉治疗相关知识的掌握情况处于中等偏下水平,理论培训和临床带教老师重视程度对护生知识掌握程度较为重要,虽然目前静脉治疗得到了医疗机构与护理人员的较高重视,但护生的掌握程度一般。
Abstract:
Objective To study the current situation of the knowledge of intravenous therapy of the 2019 undergraduate intern nurses in Yunnan Province during their internships in some secondary and tertiary hospitals in Yunnan Province.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the undergraduate nursing students in Yunnan Province who were internships in some secondary and tertiary hospitals in Yunnan from January to February 2020 to analyze the current status of the nursing students’ mastery of intravenous therapy knowledge.Results There were 806 valid questionnaires, including 62 males (7.69%), 744 females (92.31%), 362 undergraduates (44.91%), and 444 specialists (55.09%).During the internship, 87.59% of the nursing students participated in the training of intravenous therapy related knowledge, and 73.57% of the clinical teaching teachers attached great importance to the teaching of intravenous therapy related knowledge.The scores of intravenous therapy knowledge were related to academic qualifications, whether they have participated in training and the importance of clinical teaching teachers,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The degree of knowledge mastery of nursing students was related to whether they have participated in training and the importance of clinical teaching teachers,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Infusion therapy, infection control and nursing safety, the types and applications of infusion puncture tools and auxiliary tools, the maintenance and management of infusion therapy, and the knowledge scores of other infusion therapy were all at a low level.Conclusion At present, the undergraduate nursing students in Yunnan area have a middle-to-lower level of knowledge about intravenous therapy. The degree of importance of theoretical training and clinical teaching teachers is more important to the degree of knowledge of nursing students.Although intravenous therapy has received high attention from medical institutions and nursing staff, the level of mastery of nursing students is average.
