摘要:
目的 观察“新模式”健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎患者管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年4月~2020年4月我院接诊的56例慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用“新模式”健康教育管理,比较两组患者疾病健康知识水平、健康行为依从性、生命质量评分、肝功能指标及护理满意度。结果 两组疾病健康知识水平评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组合理饮食、坚持治疗、情绪稳定、遵医嘱各健康行为依从评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生命质量各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ALT、HBV-DNA均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “新模式”健康教育可提高慢性乙型肝炎患者疾病健康知识水平、健康行为依从性,改善患者生命质量,促进肝功能改善,提高患者的护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of "new model" health education in the management of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 56 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 28 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional health education, and the observation group adopted the “new model” of health education management. The two groups were compared with disease health knowledge, health behavior compliance, quality of life scores, liver function indicators, and nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of disease health knowledge in the two groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Observing that the health behavior compliance scores of the combination of diet, adherence to treatment, emotional stability, and compliance with the doctor’s advice were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the two groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The ALT and HBV-DNA of the two groups were lower than before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion "New model" health education can improve the knowledge level of disease and health of patients with chronic hepatitis B, compliance with healthy behavior, improve the quality of life of patients, promote the improvement of liver function, and increase the satisfaction of patients with care.
