摘要:
目的 探讨生物电刺激联合益母草在产后恶露不尽治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2019年1月-2021年4月我院收治的62例产后恶露不尽患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为联合组和参照组，每组31例。参照组给予益母草胶囊治疗，联合组在参照组基础上联合生物电刺激治疗，比较两组治疗效果、恶露消失时间、子宫复旧情况、血液流变学指标[血浆黏度（PV）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、红细胞聚集指数（RE）]、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为80.65%，高于参照组的70.97%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；联合组恶露消失时间为（10.52±2.57）d，短于参照组的（21.31±5.29）d，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组子宫三径和、PV、FIB、RE低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率、复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 生物电刺激联合益母草治疗产后恶露不尽效果确切，可促进恶露排出及子宫复旧，且治疗安全性高，疾病复发率较低。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of bioelectrical stimulation combined with motherwort in postpartum lochia.Methods Sixty-two patients with postpartum lochia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the combined group and the reference group, with 31 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with motherwort capsule, and the combined group was treated with bioelectrical stimulation on the basis of the reference group. The therapeutic effect, lochia disappearance time, uterine involution, hemorheology indexes [plasma viscosity (PV), fibrinogen (FIB), erythrocyte aggregation index (RE)], adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 80.65%, which was higher than that 70.97% of the reference group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The disappearance time of lochia in the combined group was (10.52±2.57) d, which was shorter than (21.31±5.29) d in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The three diameters of uterus, PV, FIB and RE in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of bioelectrical stimulation combined with motherwort in the treatment of postpartum lochia is effective, which can promote lochia discharge and uterine involution, with high safety and low recurrence rate.
