摘要:
目的 分析抑郁症患者功能性消化不良(FD)、肠易激综合征(IBS)以及FD合并IBS的患病情况。方法 选取2020年7月-2021年2月安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院收治的抑郁症患者200例作为观察组,另选取同期在我院进行体检的健康人群200例作为对照组。研究对象均进行问卷调查,比较两组FD、IBS、FD合并IBS的患病情况,观察组中不同性别FD、IBS、FD合并IBS的患病情况,以及观察组中有无胃肠道症状抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果 观察组FD、IBS、FD合并IBS的患病率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中女性患者IBS、FD合并IBS的患病率均高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别FD的患病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组中有胃肠道症状患者SDS评分、SAS评分高于无胃肠道症状患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 抑郁症患者多伴有胃肠道症状,且存在胃肠道症状的抑郁症患者比单纯抑郁症患者的抑郁、焦虑评分更高,其中女性抑郁症患者比男性更容易患IBS。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the prevalence of functional dyspepsia (FD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and FD combined with IBS in patients with depression.Methods A total of 200 patients with depression admitted to Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 200 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. All subjects were investigated by questionnaire. The prevalence of FD, IBS and FD combined with IBS in the two groups was compared. The prevalence of FD, IBS and FD combined with IBS in different genders in the observation group, and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score of gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group were compared.Results The prevalence rates of FD, IBS and FD combined with IBS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The prevalence rates of IBS and FD combined with IBS in female patients were higher than those in male patients of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the prevalence of FD between different genders (P>0.05). The SDS score and SAS score of patients with gastrointestinal symptoms were higher than those of patients without gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Depression patients have gastrointestinal symptoms, and depression patients with gastrointestinal symptoms have higher depression and anxiety scores than simple depression patients, among which female depression patients are more likely to suffer from IBS than male.
