摘要:
目的 观察高压氧联合骨肽治疗对跟骨骨折术后切口血运及骨折愈合的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年12月在我院诊治的90例跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。两组均采用常规手术治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予骨肽注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗,比较两组治疗效果、骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合评分、切口血运不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨折愈合评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口肿胀、皮肤色暗、表皮水泡、皮温低发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高压氧联合骨肽治疗可提高跟骨骨折治疗有效率,促进切口血运恢复,缩短骨折愈合时间,提高骨折愈合评分,降低切口血运不良反应发生率,促进患者的快速康复。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with bone peptide therapy on incision blood supply and fracture healing after calcaneal fracture surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with calcaneal fractures treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine surgery. The control group was treated with bone peptide injection on the basis of routine treatment. The observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, fracture healing time, fracture healing score and adverse reactions of incision blood supply were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fracture healing scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of incision swelling, dark skin, epidermal blisters and low skin temperature in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with bone peptide therapy can improve the effective rate of calcaneal fracture treatment, promote the recovery of incision blood supply, shorten the fracture healing time, improve the fracture healing score, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of incision blood supply, and promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients.
