摘要:
目的 研究个体化护理对霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗依从性及复发率的影响。方法 选取2017年12月-2020年12月在我院诊治的68例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各34例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个体化护理，比较两组治疗依从性、自我护理能力、护理满意度、复发率。结果 观察组治疗依从率为94.11%，高于对照组的82.35%（P＜0.05）；两组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、疾病健康知识评分均高于出院前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为97.06%，高于对照组的85.29%（P＜0.05）；随访2个月，观察组复发率为8.82%，低于对照组的20.58%（P＜0.05）。结论 个体化护理对霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗依从性及复发率具有积极的影响，可提高治疗依从性，降低复发率，提升自我护理能力和护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing on treatment compliance and recurrence rate of patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with fungal vaginitis who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received individualized nursing. The treatment compliance, self-care ability, nursing satisfaction and recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 94.11%, which was higher than 82.35% of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of self-care skills, self-care responsibility, self-concept and disease health knowledge in the two groups were higher than those before discharge, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.06%, which was higher than 85.29% of the control group (P<0.05). After two months of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 8.82%, which was lower than 20.58% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing has a positive effect on treatment compliance and recurrence rate of patients with fungal vaginitis, which can improve treatment compliance, reduce recurrence rate, improve self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.
