摘要:
目的 观察苦参凝胶联合氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2018年5月~2019年5月在我院诊治的霉菌性阴道炎患者130例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各65例。对照组采用氟康唑胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合苦参凝胶治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状（白带量多、外阴瘙痒、阴道灼热感）评分、治疗疗程、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.38%，高于对照组的81.53%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床症状评分、治疗疗程均小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；随访3个月，观察组复发率为1.53%，低于对照组的10.76%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 苦参凝胶联合氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效确切，有助于减轻临床症状，预防疾病复发，且临床不良反应少，联合用药安全性良好，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kushen gel combined with fluconazole capsules in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods A total of 130 patients with mycotic vaginitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with random number table method, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fluconazole capsules, and the observation group was combined with Kushen gel treatment on the basis of the control group. The total clinical effectiveness, clinical symptoms (large amount of leucorrhea, genital itching, and vaginal burning sensation) score, treatment course, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.38%, which was higher than 81.53% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the clinical symptom score and treatment duration of the observation group were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); After 3 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 1.53%, lower than 10.76% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Kushen gel combined with fluconazole capsules has a definite curative effect on the treatment of fungal vaginitis, which can help reduce clinical symptoms and prevent disease recurrence, and has few clinical adverse reactions. The combined medication is safe and worthy of clinical application.
