摘要:
目的 研究儿科护士人文关怀能力的现状调查及影响因素。方法 于2020年4月-2021年4月对赣南医学院第一附属医院48名儿科护士进行问卷调查,分析儿科护士人文关怀能力的现状及儿科护士人文关怀的影响因素。结果 48名儿科护士人文关怀能力总评分为(116.45±22.34)分,儿科病区护理人员对人文关怀满意度评分为(23.49±3.19)分,儿科患者及家属护理满意度评分为(25.20±4.40)分;不同婚姻状况、子女状况间护士人文关怀能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄、学历、工作年限、职称间护士人文关怀能力评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,学历、工作年限、职称是儿科护士人文关怀能力的影响因素。结论 儿科护士人文关怀能力处于中等水平,同时儿科病区护理人员对人文关怀满意度评分相对较低,学历、工作年限、职称与儿科护士人文关怀能力密切相关,医院和护理管理人员应依据影响因素,针对性提升和完善儿科护士人文关怀能力培养方案,以进一步提高儿科护士人文关怀能力和护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of pediatric nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 48 pediatric nurses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from April 2020 to April 2021 to analyze the status quo of pediatric nurses’ humanistic care ability and the influencing factors of pediatric nurses’ humanistic care.Results The total score of humanistic care ability of 48 pediatric nurses was (116.45±22.34) scores, the score of humanistic care satisfaction of nursing staff in pediatric ward was (23.49±3.19) scores, and the score of nursing satisfaction of pediatric patients and their families was (25.20±4.40) scores. There was no significant difference in the scores of humanistic care ability among nurses with different marital status and children’ s status (P>0.05). There were significant differences in the scores of humanistic care ability among nurses with different ages, educational backgrounds, working years and professional titles (P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that education background, working years and professional titles were the influencing factors of humanistic care ability of pediatric nurses.Conclusion The humanistic care ability of pediatric nurses is at a medium level. At the same time, the scores of humanistic care satisfaction of nursing staff in pediatric ward are relatively low. Educational background, working years and professional titles are closely related to the humanistic care ability of pediatric nurses. Hospitals and nursing managers should improve and perfect the training scheme of humanistic care ability of pediatric nurses according to the influencing factors to further improve the humanistic care ability and nursing satisfaction of pediatric nurses.
