摘要:
目的 探讨超声与增强CT在甲状腺髓样癌(MTC)的诊断效能。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月-2020年12月天津市人民医院经病理证实的MTC患者62例的临床资料。以病理检查结果为金标准,比较术前超声和增强CT诊断MTC的效能。结果 62例患者中MTC病灶共73处,良性病灶29处;使用超声诊断73处MTC变中的55处,29处良性病变中的27处;增强CT共诊断73处MTC的45处,29处良性病变中的24处;超声诊断准确率为80.39%,优于增强CT的准确率(67.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 术前超声是一种准确、方便的MTC方法,较增强CT具有更高的诊断准确性。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound and enhanced CT in medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC).Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with MTC confirmed by pathology in Tianjin People ' s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnostic efficacy of preoperative ultrasound and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of MTC was compared with the pathological results as the gold standard.Results There were 73 MTC lesions and 29 benign lesions in 62 patients; a total of 55 of 73 MTC lesions and 27 of 29 benign lesions were diagnosed by ultrasound; a total of 45 of 73 MTC and 24 of 29 benign lesions were diagnosed by enhanced CT; the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was 80.39%, which was better than that 67.65% of enhanced CT, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative ultrasound is an accurate and convenient MTC method, which has higher diagnostic accuracy than enhanced CT.
