摘要:
目的 探究女性孕前TORCH检测感染现状,并对其影响因素进行分析研究,为预防TORCH感染和提高优生优育提供参考依据。方法 收集2019年1月-2020年12月于我院进行孕前TORCH检测的孕龄期妇女500例作为研究对象,检测血清中的TORCH抗体浓度,分析TORCH感染现状及其危险因素。结果 RV-IgG和CMV-IgG指标的阳性人数最多,其感染率分别为84.20%、77.40%;CMV-IgM和TOX-IgM指标的阳性人数最少,其感染率分别为2.40%、3.20%。不同年龄段人群中RV-IgG、CMV-IgG和TOX-IgG三项指标的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CMV-IgM及TOX-IgM阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同学历、宠物饲养状态、居住地的人群,TORCH检测指标阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、妊娠史、经济状况TORCH检测阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄、学历、是否饲养宠物及研究对象的居住地是造成研究对象是发生TORCH相关病原体感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 育龄期女性孕前TORCH检测感染现状主要为RV和CMV提示阳性感染,其他病原体阳性者较少,且年龄、学历、是否饲养宠物及研究对象的居住地是造成育龄期女性感染的危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the infection status of TORCH detection in women before pregnancy and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for preventing TORCH infection and improving eugenics.Methods A total of 500 pregnant women who underwent pre-pregnancy TORCH testing in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected as subjects. The concentration of TORCH antibodies in serum was detected, and the status of TORCH infection and its risk factors were analyzed.Results The positive numbers of RV-IgG and CMV-IgG were the highest, and the infection rates were 84.20% and 77.40%, respectively; the positive number of CMV-IgM and TOX-IgM was the least, and the infection rates were 2.40% and 3.20%, respectively. There were significant differences in the positive rates of RV-IgG, CMV-IgG and TOX-IgG among different age groups (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in the positive rates of CMV-IgM and TOX-IgM (P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive rate of TORCH detection index among people with different educational background, pet feeding status and residence (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of TORCH detection among different ages, pregnancy history and economic status (P>0.05). Age, education, whether to keep pets and the residence of the subjects were the risk factors for TORCH-related pathogen infection (P<0.05).Conclusion The infection status of TORCH detection in women of childbearing age before pregnancy is mainly RV and CMV positive infection, and other pathogens are less positive. Age, education, pet ownership and residence of the subjects are risk factors for infection in women of childbearing age.
