摘要:
目的 通过对藏北高原地区藏族女青年面部三庭特征研究,探讨其面部美学特征。方法 选择西藏那曲地区(尼玛县海拔4530 m、安多县海拔4690 m、双湖县海拔4920 m)藏族女青年174例为研究对象,按照年龄分为20岁以下、20~29岁、30~39岁和40岁及以上,共4个年龄组,使用Canon(1200D)相机对受试者进行面部图像采集,图像采用面部测量Digizer软件进行面部上庭、中庭以及下庭的测量。结果 藏族女青年面部三庭均值分别为上庭(65.10±0.80)mm,中庭(70.10±0.70)mm,下庭(67.70±0.75)mm。海拔4530 m人群上庭值与海拔4690 m人群和海拔4920 m人群比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肥胖人群与BMI正常人群下庭值比较,差异有统计学意(P<0.01);经Pearson相关分析显示,上庭与年龄呈负性相关(r=-0.352,P<0.01)、与身高呈弱正性相关(r=0.164,P<0.05)、与海拔高度呈正性相关(r=0.223,P<0.01);中庭与年龄呈负性相关(r=-0.205,P<0.01);下庭与体重呈正性相关(r=0.300,P<0.01)、与BMI值呈正性相关(r=0.253,P<0.01)。结论 随着年龄增长,藏北高原藏族女轻蔑的头面部形态特征中,与软组织有关的指标和指数会随着年龄增长呈现出一定的变化规律,同时也会受到机体内部变化和外部环境因素的影响。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the facial aesthetics characteristics of young Tibetan women in the plateau area of Northern Tibet.Methods A total of 174 Tibetan young women in Nagqu area of Tibet ( 4530 m above sea level in Nyma County, 4690 m above sea level in Anduo County and 4920 m above sea level in Shuanghu County) were selected as the research objects. They were divided into four age groups according to age: under 20 years old, 20-29 years old, 30-39 years old and 40 years old and above. Canon (1200 D) camera was used to collect facial images of the subjects. Facial measurement Digizer software was used to measure the facial atrium, atrium and atrium.Results The mean values of the upper court, the middle court and the lower court in young Tibetan women were (65.10±0.80) mm, (70.10±0.70) mm and (67.70±0.75) mm, respectively. There was a significant difference in the court value of the population at 4530 m altitude compared with the population at 4690 m altitude and the population at 4920 m altitude (P<0.01). There was significant difference in lower court value between obese and normal BMI (P<0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that court attendance was negatively correlated with age (r=-0.352, P<0.01), weakly positively correlated with height (r=0.164, P<0.05), and positively correlated with altitude (r=0.223, P<0.01). Atrium was negatively correlated with age (r=-0.205, P<0.01); lower court was positively correlated with body weight (r=0.300, P<0.01) and BMI (r=0.253, P<0.01).Conclusion As age increases, people of different nationalities and regions, among the morphological characteristics of the head and face, indicators and indices related to soft tissues will show certain changes with age; at the same time, they will also be affected by internal changes in the body and external environmental factors.
