摘要:
目的 探讨藏族大学生在不同运动状态时身体各测量指标与视力的相关性。方法 选择2018年3月~10月西藏大学非运动专业99人,采用国家规定使用的“E”字形视力表箱检测视力,利用马丁测高仪测量身高,采用生物电阻抗仪检测体质量、基础代谢量和身体脂肪率等指标,比较不同时间不同性别各身体测量指标值,采用Spearman相关性分析不同性别视力与各测量指标的关系。结果 运动后1 min,不同性别各指标测量值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。运动后5、10、15 min,女性身体脂肪率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别其他指标测量值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。运动后1、5、10、15 min女性视力高于运动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别间运动前后视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性运动前后视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Sprarman相关性分析显示,运动前,不同性别视力与各指标间无相关性(P>0.05)。运动后1 min,男性和女性视力与体质量、基础代谢量呈正相关(P<0.05)。运动后5 min,男性视力与基础代谢量呈正相关(P<0.05)、与身体脂肪率呈负相关(P<0.05);女性视力与各指标间无相关性(P>0.05)。运动后10 min,男性视力与基础代谢量呈正相关(P<0.05)、与身体脂肪率呈负相关(P<0.05);女性视力与体质量、基础代谢量呈正相关(P<0.05)。运动后15 min,男性视力与身体脂肪率呈负相关(P<0.05);女性视力与基础代谢量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 运动对视力的改善有积极作用,运动后基础代谢量越高视力越好,身体脂肪率越高视力越差。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation between body measurements and visual acuity of Tibetan college students in different exercise states. Methods From March to October 2018, 99 non-sports majors were selected from Tibet University. The eyesight was measured using an "E" shaped visual chart box prescribed by the state, height was measured with a Martin altimeter, and body mass and basics were measured with a bioimpedance meter. Metabolic quantity, body fat rate and other indicators, compare the values of various physical measurement indicators of different genders at different times, and use Spearman correlation to analyze the relationship between visual acuity of different genders and various measurement indicators. Results After 1 min of exercise, there was no significant difference in the measured values of different indicators of different genders(P>0.05). At 5, 10, and 15 min after exercise, the body fat percentage of women was higher than that of men,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the measurement of other indicators of different genders(P>0.05). The visual acuity of women at 1, 5, 10, and 15 min after exercise was higher than that before exercise,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in visual acuity before and after exercise between different genders (P>0.05);There was no significant difference in visual acuity between males before and after exercise (P>0.05); Sprarman correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between visual acuity of different genders and various indicators before exercise (P>0.05).At 1 min after exercise, the visual acuity of males and females was positively correlated with body mass and basal metabolism (P<0.05). 5 min after exercise, male vision was positively correlated with basal metabolism (P<0.05) and negatively correlated with body fat rate (P<0.05); female vision was not correlated with various indicators(P>0.05). 10 min after exercise, male vision was positively correlated with basal metabolism(P<0.05) and negatively correlated with body fat rate(P<0.05); female vision was positively correlated with body mass and basal metabolism(P<0.05). 15 min after exercise, male vision was negatively correlated with body fat rate(P<0.05); female vision was positively correlated with basal metabolism(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise has a positive effect on the improvement of vision. After exercise, the higher the basal metabolism, the better the vision, and the higher the body fat rate, the worse the vision.
