摘要:
目的 评价半导体激光联合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者的临床效果。方法 选取本院2020年8月-2021年8月收治的60例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用牙周基础治疗,观察组采用半导体激光联合牙周基础治疗。比较两组牙菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CPR)及VAS评分。结果 观察组PLI、BI、PD及CAL值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α、hs-CPR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1、3个月的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 半导体激光联合牙周基础治疗慢性牙周炎的效果突出,能改善患者牙菌斑指数,减轻炎症反应及疼痛,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of semiconductor laser combined with periodontal basic treatment on patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with periodontal basic treatment, and the observation group was treated with semiconductor laser combined with periodontal basic treatment. The plaque index (PLI), bleeding index (BI), probing depth (PD), clinical attachment loss (CAL), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-17 (IL-17), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CPR) and VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The PLI, BI, PD and CAL values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-17, TNF-α and hs-CPR in the observation group were lower than those in the control grou, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser combined with periodontal base treatment of chronic periodontitis has outstanding effect, which can improve the plaque index of patients, reduce inflammation and pain, and is worthy of clinical application.
