摘要:
健康行动过程取向（HAPA）理论是一种新型的健康行为理论，该理论认为健康行为的采纳、执行和维持是一个连续的、动态的过程并伴有阶段性特征，可以系统解释行为意向的产生到健康行为形成这一复杂的变化过程，重视意向到行为的转变，弥补了其他社会认知理论的不足。本文通过全面查阅文献，对HAPA理论内涵加以概述，并就该理论在慢病管理和健康行为促进中的应用进行总结归纳，以期促进该理论在临床工作中的广泛应用以及为今后的研究提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Health action process approach (HAPA) theory is a new type of health behavior theory, holding that the adoption, execution, and maintenance of health behaviors is a continuous, dynamic process with phased characteristics, systematically explaining the complex change process of the generation of behavior intention to the formation of health behavior, paying attention to the transformation of intention to behavior, and making up for the deficiency of other social cognitive theories. This paper summarizes the connotation of HAPA theory by comprehensively reviewing the literature, and summarizes the application of the theory in chronic disease management and health behavior promotion, in order to promote the wide application of the theory in clinical work and provide reference for future research.
