摘要:
目的 研究补肾活血汤对股骨颈骨折空心加压螺钉内固定术后骨折愈合效果和血清炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2019年3月-2021年3月在我院诊治的86例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组给予空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾活血汤治疗，比较两组骨折愈合效果、骨折愈合时间、疼痛评分、骨密度、髋关节功能（Harris）评分、血清炎症因子水平及并发症发生率。结果 观察组骨折愈合优良率为95.35%，高于对照组的83.72%（P＜0.05）；观察组骨折愈合时间、疼痛评分均小于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后骨密度水平、Harris评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.65%，低于对照组13.95%的（P＜0.05）。结论 补肾活血汤可促进股骨颈骨折患者空心加压螺钉内固定术后骨折愈合，预防并发症，降低疼痛评分、炎症因子水平，提高骨密度、Harris评分以及骨折愈合优良率，缩短骨折愈合时间，改善患者预后。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction on fracture healing and serum inflammatory factors after cannulated screws to internal fixation of femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 86 patients with femoral neck fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cannulated screws to internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The fracture healing effect, fracture healing time, pain score, bone mineral density, hip function (Harris) score, serum inflammatory factor level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 83.72% in the control group (P<0.05). The fracture healing time and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The bone mineral density and Harris score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 13.95% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue decoction can promote fracture healing after cannulated screws to internal fixation in patients with femoral neck fracture, prevent complications, reduce pain score and inflammatory factor level, improve bone mineral density, Harris score and excellent rate of fracture healing, shorten fracture healing time and improve prognosis.
