摘要:
目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者贫血与血脂和载脂蛋白的关系。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院和安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院138例初诊MM患者作为MM组,选取正常体检者80名作为对照组,比较MM组和对照组及不同分期、贫血程度MM患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、APOA、APOB水平,并分析TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、APOA、APOB与贫血的相关性。结果 MM组TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、APOA、APOB水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组TG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同分期、贫血程度MM患者TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、APOA、APOB水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同分期、贫血程度MM患者TG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); MM患者贫血与TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、APOA、APOB水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与TG水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 血脂水平紊乱与MM临床分期及贫血程度密切相关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between anemia and serum lipids and apolipoproteins in patients with multiple myeloma (MM).Methods A total of 138 newly diagnosed MM patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and Chaohu Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the MM group, and 80 normal subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA and APOB in MM group, control group and MM patients with different stages and anemia were compared, and the correlation between TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA, APOB and anemia was analyzed.Results The levels of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA and APOB in MM group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in TG level between the two groups (P>0.05). The levels of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA and APOB in MM patients with different stages and degrees of anemia were significantly different (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in TG level between MM patients with different stages and degrees of anemia (P>0.05). The anemia of MM patients was positively correlated with the levels of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA and APOB (P<0.05), there was no correlation between anemia and TG level (P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA and APOB in multiple myeloma patients decreased, which were negatively correlated with the clinical stage of ISS, and the above indexes decreased more significantly with the severity of anemia.
