摘要:
目的 探讨硼替佐米治疗老年多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的效果。方法 选取2016年3月~2019年4月我院收治的64例老年MM患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各32例。对照组给予传统CTD（环磷酰胺+沙利度胺+地塞米松）方案治疗，观察组给予P-CTD（硼替佐米+环磷酰胺+沙利度胺+地塞米松）方案治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清IL-6、CRP和β2-MG水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的75.00%（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组血清IL-6、CRP和β2-MG水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 硼替佐米治疗老年多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果确切，有助于降低血清IL-6、CRP和β2-MG水平，且不增加不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of bortezomib on elderly multiple myeloma (MM).Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with MM treated in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 32 cases each. The control group was treated with traditional CTD (cyclophosphamide+ thalidomide+dexamethasone), and the observation group was treated with P-CTD (bortezomib+cyclophosphamide+thalidomide+dexamethasone). Clinical efficacy, serum IL-6, CRP and β2-MG levels and adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, serum IL-6, CRP and β2-MG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions in the group (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of bortezomib in the treatment of elderly multiple myeloma is definite, and it helps to reduce serum IL-6, CRP and β2-MG levels without increasing adverse reactions.
