摘要:
随着各个领域科研项目的不断增加,查新业务需求越来越多,查新机构的知识管理和创新服务面临严峻挑战。本文基于大数据环境下,结合查新知识管理的理念,依托查新工作管理、业务学习平台管理、区域公共服务平台管理,分别从创新查新服务模式、拓展查新服务内容,发展专题情报服务、查新服务综合化知识化、培养复合型人才等方面探讨新形式下的查新服务的创新发展。充分利用大数据支撑下的查新管理手段和创新模式推进查新知识管理的创新发展,为查新管理决策提供信息支持。
Abstract:
With the continuous increase of scientific research projects in various fields, there are more and more demands for novelty retrieval business, and the knowledge management and innovation services of novelty retrieval institutions are facing severe challenges. Based on the big data environment, combined with the concept of novelty retrieval knowledge management, relying on novelty retrieval work management, business learning platform management and regional public service platform management, this paper discusses the innovative development of novelty retrieval service under the new form from the aspects of innovating novelty retrieval service mode, expanding novelty retrieval service content, developing thematic information service, integrating novelty retrieval service into knowledge, and cultivating compound talents. Make full use of the novelty management means and innovation mode supported by big data to promote the innovation and development of novelty knowledge management, and provide information support for novelty management decision-making.
