摘要:
当前人工智能正处于飞速发展的时期,人工智能的需求日益增加,医院人工智能化是未来发展的重要趋势之一,而医院供应链管理与人工智能相结合是医院现代化管理的发展方向。在全球节能减排的大环境下,“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标下医院的节能减排也成为医院改造、发展的重点。本文首先阐述了医院供应链管理与人工智能技术的互促关系,分析了医院能耗现状及供应链管理存在的问题,阐述了医院在供应链管理上发展人工智能和节能减排的必要性。然后,以常州市第一人民医院为例,采用SWOT分析法分析了我院碳中和背景下人工智能化供应链管理的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。最后,在国家深化医药卫生体制改革的宏观背景下,提出了优化我院供应链管理渠道的相关对策,从而全面提升医用耗材管理水平,实现节能、提效、增收的目标。
Abstract:
At present, artificial intelligence is in a period of rapid development, and the demand for artificial intelligence is increasing day by day. Hospital artificial intelligence is one of the important trends in future development, and the combination of hospital supply chain management and artificial intelligence is the development direction of hospital modern management. In the context of global energy conservation and emission reduction, the energy conservation and emission reduction of hospitals under the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" has also become the focus of hospital transformation and development. This paper first expounds the mutual promotion relationship between hospital supply chain management and artificial intelligence technology, analyzes the current situation of hospital energy consumption and the problems existing in supply chain management, and expounds the necessity of developing artificial intelligence and energy conservation and emission reduction in hospital supply chain management. Then, taking Changzhou First People’s Hospital as an example, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of artificial intelligence supply chain management under the background of carbon neutrality in our hospital. Finally, under the macro background of deepening the reform of the medical and health system, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the supply chain management channels of our hospital, so as to improve the management level of medical consumables in an all-round way and achieve the goal of energy saving, efficiency improvement and income increase.
