摘要:
目的 探讨2012-2021年我国老年患者营养护理研究现状、研究热点及趋势，以期为今后研究提供借鉴。方法 选取CNKI数据库为检索对象，检索近10年我国老年患者营养护理领域的文献，借助CiteSpace软件对样本文献进行可视化分析。结果 最终得到530篇相关文献。我国近10年老年患者营养护理领域发文数量总体呈稳定增长态势；图谱共生成276个作者，14个聚集团体，以刘丹丹学者为核心的研究团队发文数量最多；关键词分析共产生15个高频词、10个聚类和7个突现词。结论 研究热点集中于营养支持方式及相关并发症研究、老年患者营养现状与营养不良结局研究、不同病种的营养护理研究；研究团队内部及跨团队的合作交流较少，核心作者少；研究热点从对干预方式的研究演变为营养护理对患者的影响。护理人员应明确自我价值，挖掘潜在的研究点，逐渐形成老年营养护理专业核心团队。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research status, research hotspots, and development trends of nutritional nursing for elderly patients in China from 2012 to 2021, in order to provide a reference for future research.Methods The CNKI database was selected as the retrieval object, and the literatures in the field of nutrition nursing for elderly patients in China in the past 10 years were retrieved, and the CiteSpace software was used to analyze the sample literature visually.Results Finally, 530 related literatures were obtained. The number of papers published in the field of nutritional nursing for elderly patients in China had shown a steady growth trend in the past 10 years. A total of 276 authors and 14 gathering groups were generated. The research team with LIU Dan-dan as the core issued the largest number of papers. Keyword analysis generated 15 high-frequency words, 10 clusters and 7 emergent words.Conclusion The research focuses on the research of nutritional support methods and related complications, the nutritional status and malnutrition outcomes of elderly patients, and the nutritional nursing research of different diseases. There is less cooperation and communication within and across the research team, and fewer core authors; the research focus has evolved from the study of intervention methods to the impact of nutritional care on patients. Nursing staff should clarify their self-worth, explore potential research points, and gradually form a core team of elderly nutrition nursing.
