摘要:
目的 研究儿童维生素K2、D的营养状况与儿童骨密度相关性。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年4月我院儿童保健科接诊的164例儿童为研究对象,均进行维生素K2、D及骨密度检测,观察不同性别和年龄段儿童维生素K2、D以及骨密度水平、不同维生素K2、D(充足、不足、缺乏)水平儿童骨密度,以及维生素K2、D与儿童骨密度的相关性。结果 男童骨密度高于女童,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),0~1、1~3、3~9岁儿童骨密度均低于9~18岁,且0~1岁低于1~3、3~9岁,1~3岁低于3~9岁儿童(P<0.05);0~1、1~3、3~9岁儿童血清维生素K2、D均高于9~18岁,且0~1岁高于1~3、3~9,1~3岁高于3~9岁儿童(P<0.05);维生素K2、D的缺乏、不足儿童骨密度均低于维生素K2、D充足儿童,且维生素K2、D缺乏儿童低于不足儿童,骨密度不足比例均大于维生素K2、D充足、不足儿童,骨密度正常比例均小于维生素K2、D充足、不足儿童(P<0.05);维生素K2、D缺乏儿童骨密度正常比例均低于维生素K2、D不足儿童,骨密度不足比例大于维生素K2、D不足儿童(P<0.05),同时维生素K2、D越缺乏骨密度越低,骨密度不足率越高,骨密度正常不足率越低(P<0.05);维生素D、维生素K2与骨密度均呈正相关,与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 佳木斯地区0~18岁儿童营养状况不佳,存在维生素D、维生素K2不足和缺乏,且维生素K2、D的营养状况与儿童骨密度呈正相关,临床中可监测维生素K2、D水平,通过合理补充维生素K2、D以提高儿童骨密度,促进儿童骨骼健康发展。
Abstract:
Objective To study the correlation between vitamin K2, D nutritional status and bone mineral density in children.Methods A total of 164 children who were admitted to the Department of Child Health Care of our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. Vitamin K2, D and bone mineral density were detected. The levels of vitamin K2, D and bone mineral density in children of different genders and ages, bone mineral density in children with different levels of vitamin K2 and D (sufficient, insufficient and deficient), and the correlation between vitamin K2, D and bone mineral density in children were observed.Results The bone mineral density of boys was higher than that of girls, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The bone mineral density of children aged 0-1 year, 1-3 years and 3-9 years was lower than that of children aged 9-18 years, and that of children aged 0-1 year was lower than that of children aged 1-3 years and 3-9 years, and that of children aged 1-3 years was lower than that of children aged 3-9 years (P<0.05). The levels of serum vitamin K2 and D in children aged 0-1 year, 1-3 years and 3-9 years were higher than those in children aged 9-18 years, and the levels of serum vitamin K2 and D in children aged 0-1 year were higher than those in children aged 1-3 years, 3-9 years and 1-3 years were higher than those in children aged 3-9 years (P<0.05). The bone mineral density of children with deficiency and insufficiency of vitamin K2 and D was lower than that of children with sufficient vitamin K2 and D, and the bone mineral density of children with deficiency of vitamin K2 and D was lower than that of children with insufficient vitamin K2 and D, the proportion of bone mineral density insufficiency was higher than that of children with sufficient and insufficient vitamin of K2 and D, and the normal proportion of bone mineral density was lower than that of children with sufficient and insufficient of vitamin K2 and D (P<0.05). The normal proportion of bone mineral density in children with deficiency of vitamin K2 and D was lower than that in children with vitamin deficiency of K2 and D, and the proportion of bone mineral density deficiency was higher than that in children with deficiency of vitamin K2 and D (P<0.05). At the same time, the more vitamin K2 and D deficiency, the lower bone mineral density, the higher bone mineral density deficiency rate, and the lower normal bone mineral density deficiency rate (P<0.05). Vitamin D and vitamin K2 were positively correlated with bone mineral density and negatively correlated with age (P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional status of children aged 0-18 years in Jiamusi area is poor, and there are deficiencies and deficiencies of vitamin D and vitamin K2. The nutritional status of vitamin K2 and D is positively correlated with the bone mineral density of children. The levels of vitamin K2 and D can be monitored in clinical practice, and the bone mineral density of children can be improved by reasonable supplementation of vitamin K2 and D to promote the healthy development of children’s bones.
