摘要:
目的 分析中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的演化过程，揭示其研究现状及热点问题，为后续研究提供思路。方法 检索中国知网（CNKI）中2000-2021年关于中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关文献，使用CiteSpace5.6.R2软件生成中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症相关文献的作者、机构和关键词的共现图谱、聚类图谱，并进行可视化分析。结果 检索出符合纳入标准的文献共13 833篇，文献数量在2005-2019年增幅明显，年均发文量达到714篇；作者分析可见内部联系较为紧密的作者合作群落共有15个，但群落与群落之间的作者及团队合作相对较少；机构分析得出发文量最多的是广西中医药大学，共发文145篇；高频关键词以及高中介中心性关键词有“腰椎间盘突出症”“针灸”“推拿”“腰椎牵引”等。结论 针对中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究，需要加强国内各地区之间的学术交流以及研究人员之间的合作，推动学术领域的繁荣和发展；当下研究热点以缓解腰椎间盘突出患者的疼痛，改善腰椎功能，提高生活质量为主。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the evolution process of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, reveal its research status and hot issues, and provide ideas for subsequent research.Methods The literatures on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine from 2000 to 2021 in CNKI were retrieved. The co-occurrence map and clustering map of the authors, institutions and keywords of the literatures on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine were generated by CiteSpace5.6.R2 software, and visual analysis was carried out.Results A total of 13 833 articles that met the inclusion criteria were retrieved. The number of articles increased significantly from 2005 to 2019, with an average annual number of 714 articles. The author analysis showed that there were 15 author cooperation communities with close internal relations, but there were relatively few author and team cooperation among communities. According to the analysis of the institutions, the largest number of articles was Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, with a total of 145 articles; high-frequency keywords and high-intermediate centrality keywords were included "lumbar disc herniation" "acupuncture" "massage" "lumbar traction", etc.Conclusion For the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, it is necessary to strengthen the academic exchanges among different regions in China and the cooperation among researchers, so as to promote the prosperity and development of the academic field. The current research is focus on relieving the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation, improving lumbar function and the quality of life.
